The stress produced by worry is linked by doctors to several illnesses. I believe it makes ALL illnesses worse. In addition, worry always makes us anxious and unhappy. Two things can help us avoid the trap of useless worry: (i) living more in the present; and (ii) doing REGULAR meditation.
