As Singapore slowly and cautiously opens up, so does the Terataii Centre. But 2020 showed us the possibilities of online courses – reaching people conveniently in their homes anywhere in the world. So I offer you a mix of online and in-person programs in 2021.

4 sessions to set your child on the path of mindful living: living with attention to oneself, the world and the task at hand. Learning to master one’s emotions, developing a positive outlook on life, cultivating an attitude of gratitude to counter the sense of entitlement children often have. Most of all, learning to make good choices.
The program will include short mindfulness practices suited to children, stories and discussions.
The children will be encouraged to develop new, positive habits they can continue even after the program.
