2022 started for me with an advanced Reiki teaching. I am still teaching the Reiki Level 3 course, to be followed soon by a Reiki Masters course. As usual, I am teaching online and in a small group – 2 students based in India and 2 in the US.
This is one of the great advantages of online teaching – people can join from anywhere in the world, so that classes are much more diverse than before and everyone benefits from that! The courses also remain unaffected by changing government regulations related to Covid – or indeed by our own fears about the pandemic! In addition, one saves the trouble of a commute to and from the Terataii Centre.
Later in the year, I plan to teach Reiki at all levels, including a repeat of Level 3 and Reiki Masters. I have already scheduled an online Level 1 course for March 12 and 13. This course is ideal for working people and students as it takes place over a weekend. You will find more details in a separate post.
In June, I will run an online meditation course to help participants understand how meditation works, what it can do for them and how they can easily set up a regular practice at home. They will also get to try a few different ways to meditate so they can discover what works best for each of them.
In the second half of 2022, I will revive my online mindfulness program for children aged 8 and above. Details to follow.
I will also conduct another round of my online Skillful Living program, based largely on the teachings of the Bhagavad Gita. This program is taught in 3 modules, so students can learn as and when they want.
Later in the year, or possibly early next year, I will conduct an online program for children focused on the practical wisdom of the Gita.
