An explanation of different stages of meditation and different ways to train the mind through meditation and breath practice.
A largely experiential course and includes plenty of practice.

- Simple techniques to release stress/anxiety and become calm and peaceful
- An easy way to quickly become mindful in the here and now
You will get an opportunity to try different kinds of meditation and see which one, or which ones, work best for you.
