“It is really fun and relaxing,” says an 8-year-old participant. “We get to learn how to do different stuff in life and how to manage and take care of ourselves.”
Secular (non-religious) practices that help the children press the “pause button” on their increasingly busy, and sometimes stressful, lives. The children learn to focus on the task at hand, whatever it might be; release stress; manage sadness, anger, or a sense of being overwhelmed.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and includes a few short practices.
Saturday Mornings or Monday Afternoons
Depending on your child’s schedule, choose one of two options.
Starting 16 Jan 2021, every Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. Singapore time
Starting 18 Jan 2021, every Monday from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
$50 a month; pro-rated (lower) for January.
