Mid-Week Meditations (on Zoom)

Wednesdays, 7 to 7:30 p.m. Singapore time (GMT + 8)
Half an hour of meditation/mindfulness practice led by Pamposh to bring you calmness and inner peace. If you are anxious, the practice will help you release your stress. If you are happy, it will still help you grow stronger and more self-aware. We will do a different practice every week – all practices will bring you peace of mind and inner strength.
All practice will be non-religious.
Cost: SGD 30 per calendar month – your choice to attend weekly or whenever you can.
