Skillful Living – Teachings from the Bhagavad Gita (Module 1)

Explanations, explorations and discussion of the key teachings of this ancient Indian wisdom text.

3 modules and 4 weekly sessions per module. Commit to one module at a time; if you skip one, you can catch it when I run this program again. If you miss a session, I will send you a recording (1 recording per module).

With each module, you learn new ways to live well and live happy. And I will answer all your questions so that you can start integrating these ways into your life immediately.

MODULE 1 – 7 important teachings

  1. Dharma as the purpose of one’s life.
  2. Dharma as right speech and right action.
  3. Dharma as obligations/duties/responsibilities.
  4. Law of Karma – a law of life, not about judgement!
  5. Atma – soul.
  6. Maya – delusions about life.
  7. Vairagya – detachment (from both attraction and aversion) to live a life of equanimity and peace.
