4 Paths to Peace and Freedom

Choose a path to freedom and joy from 4 pointed out in the Bhagavad Gita, a book of ancient Indian wisdom:
– gyana yoga, the path of knowledge, understanding and wisdom
– karma yoga, the path of right action
– bhakti yoga, the path of love and devotion
– raja yoga, a mix of the other 3 paths, with a focus on meditation and inner wisdom.
