As Singapore slowly and cautiously opens up, so does the Terataii Centre. But 2020 showed us the possibilities of online courses – reaching people conveniently in their homes anywhere in the world. So I offer you a mix of online and in-person programs in 2021.
Reiki, meditation, mindfulness for children…. To come later in the year: lessons from the Bhagavad Gita as well as more Reiki courses.

The stress produced by worry is linked by doctors to several illnesses. I believe it makes ALL illnesses worse. In addition, worry always makes us anxious and unhappy. Two things can help us avoid the trap of useless worry: (i) living more in the present; and (ii) doing REGULAR meditation.

An online event to help you nourish yourself and thrive through the most difficult of times. Led by Meditation Teacher & Holisitic Healer Pamposh Dhar; former Civil Servant, Urban Gardener & Cancer Survivor Snimer Kaur Sahni; and Reiki Healer & Dreamer Firoza Mehrotra.
All proceeds will go to support an innovative project designed to provide Internet access to Indian children from underprivileged families so that they continue their education at a time when schools are closed and classes offered online.
