Mindfulness Classes for Children (6 to 16 years)

Give your child the gift of regular mindfulness practice! The sessions will bring calmness, focus, emotional equilibrium, fun, self-assurance and more…
“It is really fun and relaxing,” says an 8-year-old participant. “We get to learn how to do different stuff in life and how to manage and take care of ourselves.”
Secular (non-religious) practices that help the children press the “pause button” on their increasingly busy, and sometimes stressful, lives. The children learn to:
- focus on the task at hand, whatever it might be;
- release stress;
- manage sadness, anger, or a sense of being overwhelmed.
Each session lasts 45 minutes and includes a few short practices.
Saturday Mornings, 11 to 11:45 a.m. Singapore time (UTC + 8)
OR
Friday Afternoons, 4 to 4:45 p.m. Singapore time (UTC + 8)
Cost: 50 Singapore dollars a month (4-5 sessions, depending on the month).
