As Singapore slowly and cautiously opens up, so does the Terataii Centre. But 2020 showed us the possibilities of online courses – reaching people conveniently in their homes anywhere in the world. So I offer you a mix of online and in-person programs in 2021.
Reiki, meditation, mindfulness for children…. To come later in the year: lessons from the Bhagavad Gita as well as more Reiki courses.
As you start a new year, give yourself the gift of a Reiki healing session or set out your goals for the coming year with a coaching session.

Reiki Level 1 Course

Mindful Living – for Children 8-15

4 sessions to set your child on the path of mindful living: living with attention to oneself, the world and the task at hand. Learning to master one’s emotions, developing a positive outlook on life, cultivating an attitude of gratitude to counter the sense of entitlement children often have. Most of all, learning to make good choices.
The program will include short mindfulness practices suited to children, stories and discussions.
The children will be encouraged to develop new, positive habits they can continue even after the program.

Help your child learn to be calm, focused, self-aware, self-confident; to manage difficult emotions; and to make thought-out, considered choices. The program will use guided mindfulness practices (non-religious meditative practices), teaching stories and discussions that will inspire your child to live more mindfully and happily.

Major Teachings from the Bhagavad Gita

The Bhagavad Gita, the spiritual heart of the Mahabharatha, discusses many important concepts from India’s Vedic tradition, but references to a single concept are usually scattered throughout the Gita. These sessions offer explanations and discussions of specific concepts, based on a full understanding of the Bhagavad Gita.
