The Shanti Sangha brings you an online event to help you thrive even in these difficult times! Make the best of life in every moment by taking good care of yourself – all parts of yourself.

If you want to continue to do well in these COVID times, calmness is your starting point. Followed by self-care and compassion. Join Mindfulness and Meditation Coach Pamposh Dhar, Cancer Survivor and Urban Gardener Snimer Kaur Sahni, and Reiki Healer Firoza Mehrotra, as they share tips and lead short practices to help you nourish your body, mind and soul.

The program includes a short practice to help you access your inner strength and your inner flexibility, both qualities that will stand you in very good stead in the weeks and months to come.

All proceeds from this event will go to support an innovative project in India to support children from poor families continue their education. With schools still closed in most of India, many children have lost access to classes that have now shifted online. These children are in danger of dropping out of school altogether unless they can very quickly gain access to the Internet. SSMI, a nongovernment organisation, will provide refurbished smartphones and bear wifi costs to such children. Your contribution can help keep a child in school!

We are selling tickets at 10, 20 and 50 Singapore dollars. You will gain full access to the program with any of these tickets. We encourage to contribute whatever feels right to you!
