A short retreat with a small group of like-minded seekers, in the heart of Singapore. A day to introduce a PAUSE in your busy life, and to RESET your life for peace and calmness. Mindfulness, meditation, visualisation and pranayama (breathing) – all to bring you a sense of physical relaxation, emotional balance and mental peace… The retreat includes an explanation of the Sikh concept of Charhti Kala – “ascending energy” – an idea that can bring you resilience and peace even in the most difficult of situations.

Enjoy a day of peace and inner connection. Let Pamposh lead you through meditations and visualisations, gentle yoga stretches and breath-work.
For a day, live mindfully – listening to understand, eating to nourish the body, and sharing space with others in silence.
The day will retreat a light and nourishing meal, ideal for a day of calmness and peace.
