- receive useful tips on setting up your own regular practice of meditation after the course – if you so choose to do so.
- set your own pace in terms of frequency and length of practice.
- gain access to recorded guided meditations of different lengths to help you with your own independent practice after the course.
- be invited to join an online guided meditation or visualisation once a month.

About your meditation guide:
Pamposh Dhar has been teaching meditation since 2007. She has taught meditation courses in Singapore, Switzerland, India and the Philippines. She is also a Reiki healer and teacher, as well as a counsellor and coach. In addition, she teaches the wisdom of the Bhagavad Gita, an ancient Indian book of wisdom.
