Learn easy and effective ways to meditate for calmness and inner peace.

Use your own breath to very quickly restore calmness and choose wisely in a difficult situation.

Use breathwork and meditation to let go of any stress, anxiety or anger that may currently be part of life for you.

During this short, online course you will have the opportunity to try out several different ways to practice and see which ones work best for you. You will be given useful tips on setting up your own regular practice of meditation after the course – if you so choose to do so. If you choose to do that, you will set your own pace in terms of frequency and length of practice. You will also have access to recorded guided meditations of different lengths to help you with your own independent practice after the course. And you will be invited to join an online guided meditation or visualisation once a month.

The breath practices will focus on calming the mind quickly when you need to. Some examples: (i) if you are feeling overwhelmed by any strong negative emotion; (ii) if you are preparing for a crucial meeting; or (iii) if you find yourself unable to fall asleep at night.
